‘Mortal Kombat 12’ Arrives ‘In Due Time’ as 30th Anniversary Takes Priority

Mortal Kombat co-creator Ed Boon has told fans that the new Mortal Kombat The game will be announced “in due time” as the company focuses on the ongoing 30th anniversary.

taking to Twitter, wrote: “PSA/FYI We know many of you are excited about the upcoming game announcement from NetherRealm Studios and it will happen in due time. But first all about 30 years of Mortal Kombat. That’s what we’re going to celebrate and what we’re going to focus on.”

“Our next game announcement will be standalone from MK30,” he added.

The acclaimed video game creator shared a profile photo along with branding from his own studio Kojima Productions and also shared a riddle that reads, “The answer to ‘WHO’ in TGS will be in the next ‘WHERE.'”
