I’ve been working with electronics for many years. When my old Tektronix analog scope died, I decided to give this oscilloscope a chance since it’s received such good reviews.
After using the oscilloscope for a month, let me sum up my experience in one word: happy!
Just about everything about this oscilloscope has been a pleasant surprise: it’s small and lightweight, the screen is good, and the controls are intuitive. (Of course, it helps if you’re already familiar with how to use an oscilloscope).
Everything you need to get started is included in the box, including two nice, color-coded probes.
However, I recommend going to the manufacturer’s website […] to download the full user’s manual and give it a read first — it’s quite good.
One feature I like is that you can insert a thumb drive and hit the print button to quickly save a screen shot. I’m including two to show what it looks like — the first one is just a sweep, the second one adds the data you see when the oscilloscope is in measure mode.
